Overview

Luma was preparing to launch a new personal finance platform designed to make everyday financial management less intimidating for younger professionals. The product was technically strong, but the category was dominated by complicated terminology and corporate communication. Fidelora developed the launch strategy and creative campaign around a simpler proposition: financial confidence should feel achievable. The campaign introduced Luma through relatable situations, clear messaging, and a digital-first creative system designed for social and performance channels.

Our Challenge

Luma entered a crowded fintech category where many competitors relied on technical language and feature-heavy advertising. Research showed that potential users understood the importance of managing money but felt overwhelmed by financial terminology. The launch therefore needed to explain the product quickly while building trust with an audience that was skeptical of traditional financial brands.

Our Approach

Fidelora positioned Luma around the idea of making financial progress feel simple and achievable. We created a modular messaging system that translated complex product features into everyday financial situations and decisions. The campaign combined short-form educational content, product demonstrations, paid social advertising, and a conversion-focused landing page. The visual system used bold typography, approachable illustrations, and real-life scenarios rather than conventional financial imagery.

Result

The launch generated more than 1.2 million qualified campaign impressions during its first six weeks. The landing page achieved a 14.8% sign-up conversion rate, while cost per acquisition was 23% below the initial benchmark. Educational content also became one of the strongest acquisition channels, generating 39% of new organic sign-ups during the launch period.
