Overview

Vanta is an independent contemporary fashion label with a strong visual identity and a growing online audience. Despite generating attention through organic social content, the brand struggled to turn that attention into consistent e-commerce revenue. Fidelora was brought in to connect Vanta's creative identity with a more performance-driven digital strategy, building campaigns that retained the brand's editorial character while improving the path from discovery to purchase.

Our Challenge

Vanta's organic channels generated strong engagement, but paid campaigns were inconsistent and the website was losing potential customers between product discovery and checkout. The brand also wanted to avoid the highly promotional tone common in performance advertising. Fidelora needed to prove that performance marketing could work without compromising Vanta's distinctive creative identity.

Our Approach

We redesigned Vanta's campaign structure around the customer journey, separating brand discovery, product consideration, and conversion messaging. Creative was developed in multiple formats while maintaining the same editorial visual language across every stage. We also refined product-page messaging, introduced stronger social proof, and built retargeting sequences based on customer intent rather than simply repeating product ads. This created a closer relationship between Vanta's brand storytelling and its commercial goals.

Result

Over the first four months, Vanta's paid social return on ad spend increased by 61%, while online conversion rate improved by 34%. The new campaign structure reduced customer acquisition cost by 27% and generated a 52% increase in revenue attributed to paid campaigns. Importantly, the brand maintained its editorial positioning while scaling acquisition.
